Payment Schedule for Housing & Retreat Fees

• at time of reservation 50% due
• 30 days before the event, payment in full 100% due
• If you are making a reservation in less than 30 days, fill out a form and we will let you know if there is other housing available
• If you are staying for an extended time and want to live at Gaia Sagrada, for example want stay 6 - 9 months, you can pay every 28 days after the first two months. Reserve 2 months up front and reserve any following months 28 days in advance. For instance, if you want to be here from January to June, reserve and pay for Jan and Feb, and at the beginning of Feb, pay for March if you decide to stay. (Note: Months are based on 28 days (4 weeks) and weeks always start on a Sunday and end on Saturday. Months are not based on 30 or 31 days.)

We are making retreats cost effective by facilitating our workshops in magical Ecuador where fuel, water, electric, and fresh organic fruits and vegetables don't cost as much as they do in the USA. All these prices would be 5 -10 times more if we were offering these retreats in the USA. We are passing the Ecuador savings on to you!

Included with your fees is all food, retreats during weekdays and weekends (if weekend event is not a private group), use of all communal facilities on the grounds, and all communal areas for relaxing, meditation, exercise, and associating with others.
