Cancellation & Refund Policies For the most up to date information, visit our new website, gaiasagrada.com. Cancellations & Refunds No refunds are given but we do give you the option of transferring to a future workshop, retreat or event for use at a later date within 1 year, or transferring to another person of your own choice for the same events you registered for if you cancel at least 30 days in advance.
Transfers If the prices of retreats or housing have gone up, you would have to pay the difference, but whatever money you had applied will be credited to that other workshop which takes place at a later date within 1 year. You can also transfer to another person of your choice. No credits for transfers are given 30 days or less before the event unless you find someone who can take your place. We cannot find another person at that short of notice. Please let us know at least 31 days before your reservation if you aren't going to make it so you can qualify for a transfer credit. Transfer Option 1: For another event within 1 year Transfer Option 2: To another person of your choice If you are transferring to another person, please give name and information about that person at the time of cancelling your attendance at an event. The person taking your place should fill out reservations on the same day you are cancelling your attendance, or at least within the next day so the information comes into the office around the same time and is not hard to connect.
